Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all games and applications published by MagicaAdventures ("we", "us") for iOS and Android, including current and future titles (the "Games"). Some Games have more features than others (for example online communities or purchases); the sections below explain what applies when a Game uses those features.

 What information do we collect?

We do not ask for your real name, surname, address, phone number or date of birth. Depending on the Game, we may collect:

•  Game account identifier: some Games create an anonymous account (through Google Firebase) so your progress, purchases and settings can be saved. It is a random identifier, not your name.
•  Player name and profile: in Games with online features, you may choose a player name (for example "Name#1234") and an avatar. This name and your public profile (such as progress, statistics and badges) are visible to other players. Do not use your real name if you do not want it to be public.
•  Content you create: in Games with a level editor or community, levels you publish, and the votes or reports you send, are stored on our servers and shown to other players together with your player name.
•  Game progress and purchases: levels completed, scores, in-game currency and items, so your game works correctly and cannot be cheated.
•  Usage and device data: how long you play, which features you use, device model, operating system, general region and crash or performance information, used to improve the Games.

The Games may use your device's sound and vibration to work properly. We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

 How we use the information

We use this information to run the Games, save your progress, show community content, prevent cheating and abuse, fix errors, improve the Games and show advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

 Third-party services

The Games may use the following services, which process data under their own privacy policies:

•  Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics): https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
•  Google AdMob (advertising): https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
•  Google Play and Apple App Store (downloads and in-app purchases). We never receive your card or payment details; payments are handled entirely by Google or Apple.

 Advertisement

Some Games display advertisements provided by third-party networks such as Google AdMob.

•  Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits or interactions.
•  Google's use of advertising identifiers enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your use of the Games and/or other apps and websites.

 Opting out of personalized ads

•  iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and adjust the permission for the Game.
•  Android: Settings > Google > Ads, and delete or reset your advertising ID / opt out of ads personalization.

You can also visit aboutads.info to opt out of interest-based advertising by participating vendors.

 Community rules

In Games with online features, player names and level titles are filtered for offensive words, and content may be hidden or removed if it is reported or breaks the rules. Please do not include personal information (real name, address, phone number, social media) in your player name or in content you publish.

 Children

The Games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

 Data retention and deletion

We keep your game data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data (profile, progress and published content) at any time by emailing us from the address below and including your player name (for example "Name#1234"). Uninstalling a Game does not delete server data by itself. Some data may be kept for a limited time when required by law or to prevent fraud.

 Security

We use the security measures provided by our service providers (such as Google Firebase) to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we release new Games or features. The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
